Community – Connection – Collection

I’m thinking of community—a connection to others—a collection of people who have similar questions about life and work as they mature and consider their value and future.
Retire? It is an option when you reach a certain age, and people tell you that you should retire, are forced to retire, or you’re spat out of your job, and the application for a pension is pending.
You can continue working where you are as long as possible.
You can do the same job you’re doing, but at another place and company. Change can be invigorating.
You can build a brand-new career. Something you have longed to do – dreamed about.
You have options.
You can spot and create opportunities.
You can decide what you want and ask for it.
You can make new and better choices, not to stay stuck or feel finished, and not be less than you think you are or are told you are and can be.
You have more resilience, resources, and worth than you may realize.
