Alternatives
by Michael Feeley
I LOVE THE WORD alternatives.
What are your alternatives?
It feels good to ask and think about this question. It’s friendly and empowering.
Considering alternatives is key for brainstorming and allows you to develop lots of creative options, availabilities, possibilities, opportunities, plans, solutions, results to get an answer.
– Yoga is an alternative to weight training and jogging.
– Mediation is an alternative to stress.
– Acupuncture is a medical alternative.
– A competitor is an alternative to you.
– There are alternative lifestyles.
There is alternate (part of the word alternative) which means switching, going back and forth between two things, and
if you want an answer, to get somewhere, you need to take action and make a choice.
When you commit to an alternative, real change happens.
