You Can Change

IF YOU’RE IN a tough place right now, you can make a better choice and do the practical and emotional work to change.
Whatever is happening with you, please trust yourself and explore any of these questions:
> What are my options for improving things?
> What is the flip side to my situation?
> How can I shift to a higher energy level to remove stress, fear, and pain to clarity, peace, and positive well-being?
> What is working well for me now that I can hold onto for stability?
> What is the worst-case scenario here?
> What is the best-case scenario?
> What am I grateful for?
Asking questions of yourself (or others) can help you understand what is happening and how you feel and improve
your outlook, problem, questions.
> When I’m in a crisis, a panic, or a predicament, I start expressing gratitude (out loud or writing it down) because gratitude is strength for me.
> I move around. I change my location and go outside into nature – sunshine, fresh air, and get in touch with all my senses.
> Mediation and prayer always relax, center, and give me new direction and answers.
> I talk with others I trust because I need connection, people’s care, and suggestions.
These things work for me. Find what works for you.
