Interview – I See You
by Michael Feeley
You wrote a resume that expresses you.
You composed an original and gripping cover letter.
And now, you have your job interview. Congratulations. Relax and be energized, grateful, and proud of your work to arrive here.
See your interview meeting as a conversation—two people talking, getting to know each other, and learning who you are. It’s a simple Q&A. Remember. This is a two-way street. You are interviewing the company and people as much as they are interviewing you.
Envision your success. Picture and lead with your confidence and strength, your expert knowledge and skills. Live the truth and facts of who you are as you prepare to get hired.
The word ‘interview’ comes from the French ‘Entrevoir’, which means… to see each other. It’s a lovely and moving notion, and it’s something we all hope for—to have people truly see us and our value.
