I WAS A HEADHUNTER in New York City for 20 years, finding people jobs.

I thought about the whole person, not just their heads but their hearts, dreams, hopes, fears.

I learned this:

You must do work you love. Don’t settle for anything less.

> In your interviews, tell people what you love and want from work.

> Let people see your value and the opportunity they have working with you.

> Shine your light and sing your song.

> Show gratitude and positivity.

> You have gifts the world needs.

Work is a gigantic and personal way to express your self. It’s you saying:

This is who I am.

This is why I am here on this earth.

This is how you will benefit from my labor and love of work.
