Community Matters
by Michael Feeley
Where do you have community in your life?
It might be with family, friends, a neighborhood, a city, or work where people share common attitudes, mutual values, and beliefs, building trust, respect, compassion, and, most importantly, creating change.
I loved working in repertory theatre. It was a community of actors working together to produce different plays and present them to another community.
I also thrive on coaching a community of people in a company, workshop, or online group.
Community is being in service to people.
How important is a community to you?
Why does community matter to you?
