Tag Peace

by Michael Feeley
Take time during the day to create peace and release stress, worry, fear, and self-doubt.
It can be challenging at first, but it gets easier once you know what works, and then you can practice regularly.
Begin by defining and tagging where you find peace.
I find it in meditation first thing in the morning. Meditation always helps me center and focus. It gives me clarity, calm, and positive energy. In meditation, time releases itself, and I do not feel rushed or pressured or that the day is flying away from me, moving too fast.
Some people find peace in reading or listening to music, exercising, walking outside, cooking, sitting in a favorite place, and feeling the fresh air and sunshine on their faces.
Whatever it is, it’s your tool for peace; you can access it anytime and from any place.
Creating peace has facts to it. That means it works. It’s a skill you can develop.
Discover your personal peace practices. You can start today, even by taking a few well-deserved deep breaths.
