Self-Kindness

What would it mean for you to show kindness to yourself?
We often neglect this opportunity. It’s a primary choice for our health.
Understanding yourself and what you need and want for happiness and well-being is one way to begin to know self-kindness.
Self-kindness includes exercise, eating right, getting enough sleep, having friends and a personal relationship, feeling emotionally and physically secure, and even being financially secure, pacing yourself, honoring time and commitments, and doing the things you love, like and are passionate about.
I’m talking about self-kindness, just you to yourself – What kind of kindness do you think will benefit you most?
