List Your Gratitude

Think of a person you know and list as many examples of gratitude that you have for this person.
What did they do that made you feel grateful?
Maybe they helped you secure your car insurance when you purchased a new car.
Or they looked after your home and pets while you were away.
Referred good workers to paint and garden for you.
Cooked you a surprise lunch.
Really listened and understood you.
Take the time to be thorough and deep. Let your gratitude list grow, see what happens to you, and then let the person know how thankful you are to them.
