WHEN YOU’RE LOOKING for something, there is hope and gratitude in your search.

You hope to find it and grateful when you do.

Hope has expectation, desire, and trust in it.

Maybe you’re hoping to find a misplaced piece of jewelry – looking to buy a new pair of shoes – searching for the right rose bush to fill in an empty spot in your garden – wanting and needing understanding.

Hope and gratitude unite when you find what you want; if you don’t, you still hope you will, and gratitude waits around, ready for you when you do find what you want.

Hope and gratitude are quite a pair of emotions.
