Gratitude Has Side Effects

Gratitude Has Side Effects

by Michael Feeley November 26, 2020

Thanks Giving – 2 important words for me this year.

Thanks for what we each have and the opportunity of giving to others.

Giving your knowledge, understanding and care. Doing work that matters and makes for positive change for you, family, friends, community, the world. Making a difference is needed and possible.

You are born with endless gratitude.

Appreciation and Thanks are always available to you and will always have a good effect on you and others.

BUT WATCH OUT! – Gratitude Has Side Effects!

– Gratitude makes you larger. It empowers you and makes you kinder.

– Beautiful emotions and confidence grow with gratitude and you feel good!

– You’re alive being grateful; happy, sharp, present, full, peaceful, loving.

– Gratitude makes for generosity. Other people matter and you go out of your way to sincerely help people live better.

If you experience any of these beneficial side effects – PLEASE – Stop being grateful and tell your doctor immediately.

Happy Thanks Giving!

Thanks – Michael
