Feelings are part of learning and living.
Feel as much as you can. Be intentional. Allow.
You can experience many good feelings that make you strong and free without harming yourself or others.
Express your gratitude.
Open yourself to joy.
Be extravagant and amazed.
Feel awe.
With self-awareness of happiness and pleasure, include awareness of others – be more conscious of culture and social happenings.
Each of us is responsible for our happiness and quality of life.
If we honor this and live well, we will also help others to live well, too.
