WHEN YOU GO to stillness and feel and listen to your heart, you will center yourself and be able to live with weakness, fear, uncertainty, change, and shift into courage, strength, hope, resilience, and peace with your emotions.
– Centering happens for me in meditation.
– The physical activity of yoga.
– Breath control.
– A 2-minute gentle body scan.
– A daily gratitude practice.
– Connecting with my senses.
– Practicing different healing rituals during my day, such as writing – listening to music – being close to nature – and
caring about others.
