You’re car shopping. You test drive a few. They’re fine. You could live with them. But you’re not flipping. That deep WOW –  the certainty, the gratitude, the YES — hasn’t arrived.

So: do you settle, or do you wait?

We face this constantly. Looking for a new home. Jobs. Relationships. Schools. The right suit. A vacation that actually restores you.

I could live with this, and I love this are not the same sentence or feeling. One is acceptance. The other is deep self-fulfillment.

The danger is turning a meaningful decision into a to-do list item. Just get it done. Move on. But done doesn’t make you happy at your center. Only right does.

Trust yourself enough to wait until you’re sure.
