ANOTHER PHRASE I love is – “You’ve Got This.”

Whenever someone tells me this, I get an instant confidence boost, and it makes me smile.

Another person’s genuine belief in my skills and ability to accomplish something new, often challenging, matters in a BIG way.

I get inspired and empowered by these three solid and kind words – “You’ve Got This.”

And, I know I’m not alone in my endeavors to learn and change.

I’m telling you right now – as you read this Daily and you’re working and living today, whatever it is you need to do and
get through – “You’ve Got This.”

You’ve got the faith, wisdom, strength, desire, skills, self-compassion and courage.
