Your Integrity

Integrity
– Being True to Myself
– My Good Name
– My Honor – personally and professionally – is crucial to my life!
A great friend recently told me this:
“Your [work] is for people building something. Far bigger than themselves. Integrity is your bedrock
and you model how others can build this into their lives so that they can be more at home with themselves.
Your magic formula is part integrity + part persistence + part self-acceptance.”
True to the center of me!
Integrity can be defined as:
“…the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles… the state of being whole and undivided.”
We each have an ethical unconscious that lets us know if we have been true to ourselves and other people and things.
It’s our inner compass of truth. For me integrity means:
“Doing what is right for me.
Not hurting others but leading my life the way I want to without judgment but with honor and valor and love…
To face things with wonder, understanding and kindness. Accepting who I am.
Knowing who you are and doing what you want are two essential keys for living with integrity.”
