You Can Handle Life

SOMETIMES YOUR LIFE has too much going on for you to handle.
Here are three ideas to change that:
1. Go outside where the world is bigger than you. Stand in the sun and under the blue sky – feel the air – listen to sounds around you – take some good, deep breaths – and get something you like to eat or drink.
2. Be interested in other people – get out of your head and off yourself. Care about the life of someone else.
3. Express one thing you’re grateful for to another person. “Today I’m grateful for_________________.”
