I have had the opportunity to coach recent college grads and people returning to school for higher degrees, and we always speak about leadership.

What is often missed is the fact that they are leading right now. They don’t need to earn a degree or secure the right job or title to lead.

Certainly, degrees, knowledge, and experience help achieve goals and dreams in every career.
