WHY SHOULD I hire you?

You’ll likely be asked this question as you interview and look for work. A solid answer that stands for you is crucial – with logic and your heart in it.

Here’s an idea to work on:

 

> Write 200 words explaining why someone will be fortunate to work with you.

> Then, edit it down to two simple sentences.

> Then, one sentence.

> Then one word.

> This is the truth about you – the facts.

 

Here’s my one-word answer – Caring.

I’ll show up caring about people and the job using all my skills and life experience, giving you my best work every day.
