What is Your Relationship with Change?
by Michael Feeley
The old way of being may not work anymore, and you decide to change. This brings up some essential questions—What do you want? What is the change you seek in service of?
You may not know what you want, but there is some change you’re looking for in the wanting. There is curiosity and opportunity to explore change and find an answer so you can get better at something—health, finances, relationships, work.
Seeking change means trusting uncertainty, hope, fear, belief, doubt, confidence, yourself, and the outside world.
