Trust, Late, Rushing
by Michael Feeley
LATE DOESN’T MEAN you have to rush.
You might be on time, and your boat, plane, or train is delayed by weather or mechanical problems.
Usually, there is time to make your connections and destination.
Worry and resistance come into play – “What if I don’t make it?”
Then there’s rushing, and people are pushing to get through lines and seated.
At the other end, there’s the dash to get through customs, get your luggage, get a taxi, and get to your hotel or home.
Does it help to get pulled into the rush?
We must remember to trust the world and ourselves because we do get to where we are going, and we shouldn’t miss the pleasure of traveling and experiencing new things.
