AN ONLINE NOTARY helped me (from home) confirm my identity for a business transaction. It was pretty easy and exciting, and while I had some fear and trouble with my computer camera, the people involved helped me through it with emails and in-person screen connections.

The actual notary (a real person) was superb! Top people service skills. Caring – helpful – friendly – kind – informative – patient – efficient. She didn’t stop until we reached our goal. She seemed to love her work.

I saw I could trust technology.

Trust the unknown and the new.

Trust the process of learning and being helped.

Trust other people.

Trust myself.

Trust opportunity.

Technology can have goodwill for you.
