I’VE ALWAYS HAD high standards – start at the top and work your way down – aim for the stars – work with top-level people and companies – study with superlative teachers – perform in the leading shows and locations – create the best products – and offer the highest quality service.
Excellence and professionalism matter.
I’ve never been interested in second best, being ordinary or average. Good enough doesn’t exist. I’m an achiever who sets the bar high and then… raises it even higher.
This is my approach when coaching leaders – executives – doctors – university deans – high caliber creatives. Discover what another person wants, and then we can have some solid fun working hard to get it.
Leadership is measured by potential and the desire to succeed.
Potential includes vision, commitment, a well-structured, achievable plan, creating change, guts, soul, and
empathy for others.
Excellence is an attitude and choice that can be learned and practiced.
You get one life. Why not do all you can to live a great life in every aspect?
