I’m always asking this crucial question to my coaching clients: What do you want?
And this, too: What will you do after you decide?
This variation is also useful in helping you know what you want because it applies to your present work and your dream goal – What do you do?
And: Why do you do it?
Some more questions:
Are you working to make a living?
Is your work just for you or for others?
What difference does your work make?
How many people (clients, customers) do you need to be successful?
Do you want to be better than your competition or be wholly original and produce something new?
How will your work develop you and your skills?
What needs to happen for you to feel successful?
There are no guarantees for success. No ‘For Sure’ or ‘You’ve got this,” but you can create an achievable plan –
What does it look like for your dream strategy to work?
Keep asking questions until you get your answers because the answers are always in you.
