Share Gratitude

You have gratitude to people, so please express it.
It’s not an “if” you have gratitude to people; you have specific feelings of gratitude that I’m encouraging you to share.
Think about it right now: name someone you feel grateful to and why, and then go and tell them. Embrace them in person, make a phone call, send an email or WhatsApp, or say a prayer of thanks.
People deserve gratitude; it strengthens and fills with good feelings, creating what’s called ‘dynamic tranquility.’
