YOU ARE ALWAYS with your self  in all you do –> there you are.

Your essential being. That which makes you uniquely you – mentally and physically. Your identity. Persona.

And, if you’re not happy with your self, you have the power and the opportunity to change so you can like who you are and say with confidence and heart – This is me. This is who I AM.
