Rest and Motion
by Michael Feeley
YOU ARE ALWAYS in a state of rest and motion.
When standing still, you’re breathing – blood circulates – heart beats – mind is active.
Sometimes you’re in a such a satisfying combination of rest and motion, and other times you’re racing from one thing to another; too much motion!
>How can you create a good balance of rest and motion for yourself?
> Where do you see rest and motion in the world – stillness and activity – calm and moving – that works well and you can learn from and create in your own life?
The waltz has rest and motion in a beautiful way.
