Reduce or Ban

by Michael Feeley
Reducing is not banning.
Reducing means making something smaller, lessening, lowering, or cutting back.
Banning is to be against something, to stop, prohibit, outlaw.
You might decide to reduce your time surfing on the internet or watching TV instead of banning or stopping it completely.
It’s about your purpose – why do you choose to do something?
It’s about change.
Do you surf the internet or watch TV to learn or avoid or waste time?
Reduce or ban can be applied to everything. Eating, exercising, writing, gardening, meeting people, shopping, spending money.
Let the words reduce and ban guide you correctly so you can be proud of your choices, how you use your time, and your effect on yourself.
