Organization
by Michael Feeley
I LOVE TO ORGANIZE! Organization has always come easily to me. It’s a skill. (I think I could organize a paperclip…
and that item is highly organized.)
Organization is about choice and change – putting things in order, arranging, sorting out, grouping in efficient and
precise ways.
Being organized will either make you better or hold you back because what you decide to keep and let go of –
add and subtract – specific and general – large and small – affects you and others.
Purging clutter (recycling) creates freedom, opening up space and building structure in valuable psychological and
physical ways.
There’s plenty to organize – a desk, closets, cabinets, a garden, garage, tools, plates, glasses, utensils, food, files, emotions, thoughts, an entire house, moving, shopping, books, clothes, money, trips, speeches, presentations, construction, classes you teach, people you work with, family, goals, events, schedules +++
As you clear up space, change things in your home or office (organizing the outside world), it helps you change and
organize yourself, opening up space inside yourself to welcome new opportunities, inner freedom, peace, new creativity, clarity, solutions, and results.
Organization feels good! It loves the simple, and it affects not just you but other people and the world.
Thanks – Michael (he, him)
