Keep Asking Questions
by Michael Feeley
WE ALL HAVE QUESTIONS simply by living, and we can learn to like those questions. Learning is critical to finding answers about yourself and the world and creating change.
Questions encourage us to check in on ourselves and see what we need.
Some questions are problems where you’re looking for a solution. You may need help learning and working with a coach who assists you with your learning style is a wonderful idea.
How can you welcome your questions and even be grateful for them?
– One way is to see yourself in relation to other people because you are not alone, not so different from others. Do research and see who else is seeking answers to their questions and what solutions they have found that can aid you.
– Share your questions with others. Talk to people you trust – a partner, family, friends, teachers, and professionals. Asking for help and insights is a strength. Vulnerability and trust are powerful and wise choices. You transform by becoming informed.
Understanding your ‘self’ is what your questions are prompting you to do. Inquire. Be deeply curious about you.
Offer self-kindness and unconditional love to yourself and your beautiful questions.
Keep asking questions.
