Gratitude Doesn’t Run Out Or Harm
by Michael Feeley
Gratitude is one force that is unlimited. It never runs out and never causes harm.
Most things have edges. Time runs out. Money runs out. Even patience runs out. But gratitude multiplies with use. Say thank you a hundred times in a day and you have more capacity for it by evening, not less.
Notice one kindness, and you start seeing kindness everywhere, the way driving a convertible sports car makes you suddenly see convertibles everywhere.
That’s the avalanche, the tsunami of gratitude that will never harm you when you see it coming at you. Not gratitude as a polite pause before dinner, but as a current running through everything, available every single moment, costing nothing, owed to no economy of scarcity, not owned by a company, or any individual. You don’t ration what can’t be depleted.
You honor it. You’re grateful for gratitude and the vast benefits it offers you, others, and the world.
Gratitude changes things for the better. The best.
