Good and Bad Clients
by Michael Feeley
THERE ARE TWO kinds of clients. Good and bad.
Good clients know what they want and demand professionalism.
They pay more for your services because they want extraordinary work and results.
Their reputation matters to them, and so does yours.
Bad clients don’t care if you do excellent work. They want cheap – a bargain – below bottom prices – cutting corners – wasting time – and don’t care about professionals. So average or mediocre is fine.
It takes work to earn good clients. It can be frustrating to find good clients, but good clients are out there waiting for you, and your marvelous, caring work that makes a difference – makes things better for them and others.
Then they spread the word and tell others of their happiness and success of working with you.
You have a choice when it comes to your work and the people you decide to work with.
