YOU DECIDE TO make a change in your daily routine, and it works well – maybe even better than what you do regularly.
You don’t make the bed before you meditate.
You eat your lunch outside in the park and not at your work desk.
You go to bed early instead of watching a Netflix series.
You care about other people and stop focusing just on your needs.
Change is good, and it’s surprising.
Change is always around – looking to help you in many positive ways.
Work with change.
Play with change.
Try change on and see how it fits.
Trust change.
Give change a chance.
