HOW I SPEND my time is important to me.

Sometimes I’m proud of how I use my time, and other times I have wasted time, and I know I can never regain lost time.

Time is valuable.

Time is right now.

Time is consistent.

Time goes on.

I know I have a limited amount of time here on earth, so I must decide what to do with the time given to me.

I must choose wisely what matters because that defines who I am and creates my legacy.

I choose to live in time. Not to fear the measure of time. To be mindful of now. To enjoy and love my life, and have a good effect on other people with acts of kindness.
