It’s a yes or no answer, and it takes courage to answer honestly and to know why.

You can ask it in other ways:

> Are you doing work you love?

> What effect does your work have on other people?

> What services and products do you offer that makes a difference for people?

> What change/changes do you hope your work creates?

> Are you willing to say – “My work is not for you.” Because that matters.
