Do and Be What You Want

WHAT WOULD YOU do or be if you could do or be anything?
I asked a good friend of 28 years, and he said – “I’d be a composer. Writing orchestral music for the oboe.”
Hearing and imagining this was a profoundly moving surprise; he was also moved to tears.
We each have an answer to this powerful question.
If you examine your answer, you’ll understand why this choice lives in you, and there is no reason why you shouldn’t try. There is logic and emotion to the answer – facts and feelings – scientific data and passion – left and right brain.
Go ahead. Ask yourself and others this question.
I love and believe and promote these words of British author C. S. Lewis:
“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”
