Employers are less interested in degrees and GPA’s when they hire, and more in what the person has to offer a company and the people they will work with – their life experience – skills – feelings – empathy for people – vulnerability – creativity – commitment – leadership – humility – integrity – and attitude.
Show your self in your interviews until someone sees you and your value, and knows you are the best person for the job, and right to join the team.
The mirror image of choosing the best person for the job is choosing the best job for your self.
