All In or Partial Only

by Michael Feeley
Do you bring your A-Game to everything you do, or are you only partially committed?
Are you prepared to play the entire soccer game, even if you sit on the bench for the whole time waiting to be called in?
Maybe you have a 5-minute flute solo in a Ravel concerto. Will you be fully present and performing at your best throughout the entire concert, or will you save your best for your solo?
Will you put your heart and soul into only creating the hour-long presentation, or work in good faith, 9-5, giving your all at your daily job?
Do you intend to finish the marathon or just run the first 15 minutes?
Excellence is a full-time choice and commitment.
Is there such a thing as partial excellence?
