I never objected to the words “senior citizen” used to describe mature people, and I’m certainly one at age 73. However, I do object to the term “elderly.”

Here is how I describe and define myself as I mature without discriminating against my age and the aging process.

I like to call myself vintage… only getting better with age.

I like the word sage–sager–sagest for men and women, which honors wisdom, sharpness, life experience, and expertise.

And if I get wilder with creativity, I arrive at Vintage Warrior, Eternal Goddess.
