4 Choices in the System of Work

We are all in a system of work, constantly assessing our happiness, productivity, and whether we are making the positive change we hope for.

You have four choices about work.

1. Stay where you are and suck it up.

2. Reset yourself. Create a strategy to improve things for you and others by starting fresh, as if it were your first day at your present job.

3. Find a new job similar to what you do now. The change might be what you want and need.

4. Switch to a new career. Transfer all your skills, knowledge, and experience to something new—something you dream about, desire, and have passion and commitment for. You know your worth belongs somewhere else.

There is one more choice. Quit and do nothing.

Decide what you want for your life; work is a big part of your life.
