3 Breaths to Center

Find a comfortable spot. Close your eyes if you’d like.
First breath: Breathe in slowly through your nose for four counts. Hold for four counts. Feel gratitude filling your chest—for this day, this moment, your ability to choose. Breathe out pressure through your mouth for four counts. Let your shoulders drop.
Second breath: Inhale peace for four counts. Hold for four counts. Notice the stillness between thoughts. Exhale stress for four counts. Feel tension leaving your jaw, your hands.
Third breath: Draw in relaxation for four counts. Hold for four counts. Your body knows how to rest. Release irritation for four counts. Let it go completely.
Gently open your eyes. Notice the shift—clearer mind, lighter body, steadier heart. This is your reset button, available anytime.
The work isn’t just what we do. It’s how we show up to do it—calmed and invigorated by the breath.
