Your Reputation
by Michael Feeley
HOW MUCH DOES your reputation matter to you?
I have a competitor (an alternative to me), and whenever I meet with a prospective client who has met with him, they ask me – “Can I trust him?”
What a telling question.
I know a builder with a bad temper and a foul mouth who expresses himself rudely on social media, in emails, and publically. People ask me – “He’s so mean and angry – should we work with him?”
How you show up tells your story.
I know a remarkable person. She’s a Linchpin – professional, ethical, reliable, shows up and gets the job done—creative, resourceful, with excellent connections, and a generous, thoughtful, friendly person. People ask me –
“How can I work with her?”
