Yes and No to Growth

Yes and No to Growth

by Michael Feeley October 4, 2024

Maybe bigger, taking on more clients is not better for your work, the quality of services, and the customer care you offer.

How can you maintain good standards growing and changing?

How many clients and employees do you need to make a fair living?

Yes and no is in play. Name it. Speak out.

Yes, we can accept a new client and still maintain quality. This is how.

No, we can’t accept a new client because we cannot maintain quality. This is why.

Be wise and honest about growth and responsibilities. Don’t spread yourself thin and fool yourself and the people who trust you. Your good name is on the line.
