Wits End
by Michael Feeley
We have two choices when a change comes up.
We can be at ‘our wits’ end’ – bewildered, anxious, worried, stupefied, disrupted, angry, puzzled, disconnected, and at a complete loss of what to do.
Or
We can be ‘cool as a cucumber’ – untroubled, relaxed, calm, collected, understanding, unflappable, unfazed, connected, reflective, curious, and taking action to find our way forward.
Which choice works best for your well-being and the change you intend to live with?
