Are you the same person to yourself as you are with other people?

Do other people see you as you see yourself?

Does it matter?

For me it matters. I want to be whole – one way – the same person I am at home with myself and my lover. The same out in public with friends and strangers. The same to the entire world. Sincerely me. Inside and out. All the time. Authentic.
Not adjusting. Not acting different.

Integrated in all I do. My choice. The truth. It’s possible. That’s integrity.

Living this way makes me free! No work is needed, once you commit and practice and live with ‘one way integrity’.
It’s who I am and makes me happy!
