What’s Next?

What’s Next?

by Michael Feeley June 5, 2024

A key question to focus on as you live is, What’s Next?

You must be prepared and resourceful if you’re looking for work, building projects, or searching for the right relationships. That means dealing with possible rejection and failing at your set goals and dreams. That’s where “What’s Next?” is a wise and advantageous strategy because washing yourself out to sea is not helpful. It’s not productive to quit and return to no man’s land of being stuck.

Should you quit practicing law if you’re a lawyer and lose a case? Professionals are ready and take responsibility for their next step.

It’s common to go through multiple job interviews before finding the right fit. The key is to view each step as part of the “What’s Next?” process, a journey that leads to growth and eventual success.

Work your way through your next step, option, and possibility. Don’t focus on loss. Be patient. Observe. These are key elements of the ‘What’s Next?’ strategy.
Instead of getting discouraged by a setback, take a step back, observe the situation, and patiently wait for the next opportunity to present itself. Create. Keep learning and achieving.
