What is Your Authority?
by Michael Feeley
What is your authority?
Where are you an expert?
What are the relevant skills, life experience, knowledge, credentials, problems you’ve solved, changes, and contributions you’re proud of that make you valuable to people and the world?
Maybe you’re a choir director, yoga teacher, therapist, baker, nature photographer, basketball coach, housekeeper, or CXO—Chief Experience Officer. Your work and presence matter because there are people you are born to serve who are searching for what you have to offer, and you should let them know where you are and how you can help.
I have 30 years of training and experience as a professional actor and singer in New York City.
I have 20 years of experience as a headhunter, finding people jobs, selling services and products, developing businesses, networking, and building professional working relationships.
I have 15 years of experience as a certified life and career coach, assisting people in living their best lives and stepping into their dreams.
I’m vintage and still moving forward with great purpose, energy, and joy.
And if you are 50 – 80+ years old, you are not done yet because you are a master at some vitally essential things.
