What Is Your Aura?
by Michael Feeley
Before you speak a word, people feel you. Your aura – that intangible energy radiating from your core – announces who you are. It alerts by saying – “come closer” or “stay away.”
Toxicity carries its own signature. It drains rooms, creates tension, makes people guard themselves. Those who emit it often don’t see it – they’re too busy blaming, criticizing, playing the victim, or feeding their resentments. But everyone else knows. They feel the weight.
Goodness has a different frequency entirely. It invites. It opens. It makes people feel safe enough to be themselves. This isn’t about being perfect or endlessly pleasant – it’s about bringing authentic kindness, curiosity, and generosity of spirit wherever you go.
Your aura reflects your choices: what you practice internally becomes visible externally. Feed bitterness, and people sense it. Cultivate gratitude, and they feel that too.
The beautiful truth? Your aura isn’t fixed. Every moment offers a choice. You can shift from ill will to goodwill, from toxic to nourishing, from draining to energizing.
What do people feel when you enter a room? That answer lives in your daily choices, your thoughts, your intentions, and your actions.
