What Do You Want to Accomplish?

by Michael Feeley
You have your daily chores. The laundry, the emails, the errands that keep life running. You have your work responsibilities—the deadlines, the meetings, the tasks that pay the bills.
But then there’s the juicy nugget.
That extra meaningful something you want to accomplish just for yourself. Maybe for others, too, but it starts with you. It’s the thing that makes your heart beat a little faster when you think about it. The dream that steadily calls to you in all moments.
Here’s the question that matters: How clear are you on your mission?
Not your boss’s mission. Not what your family expects. Not what looks good on paper. Your mission.
Because clarity changes everything. When you know what you’re reaching for, the daily chores don’t disappear—but they take their rightful place. They become the foundation, not the ceiling. Work responsibilities get done with purpose because they fuel what really matters.
The juicy nugget stops being “someday” and starts being “today, even if just for fifteen minutes.”
So ask yourself: What do I want to accomplish? Not what should I accomplish. Not what would be impressive.
What is tugging earnestly at me?
What would I regret not trying?
Get clear on that mission. Write it down. Say it out loud.
Because life is made of days like this one—and each one is a chance to take one small step toward the thing that’s yours alone to achieve.
What’s your juicy nugget?
