Change happens whether we want it to or not.

Nature doesn’t resist seasons; it grows with them.

Trees don’t cling to their leaves. Rivers don’t fight their banks. Even mountains reshape themselves grain by grain.

Change feels uncomfortable because it asks us to let go of what is familiar and to expand. Why try to fight off change?
It’s easier to welcome change:

“Hello, change. What have you got? What are you here to teach me?
